Welcome to Poseidon’s Perch Villa, a beautifully constructed 3-bedroom villa that sits atop the ridge overlooking majestic views, worthy of its namesake.

A two-storey villa that’s designed to exist harmoniously with the surrounding countryside and preserve the natural beauty of the island, elegant granite is on display throughout the villa within the walls and masonry, using materials that are locally sourced. Lush tropical vegetation surrounds the villa and sprawls down the ridge, breaking away to reveal pristine white sands and clear waters that shimmer in the sunlight.

A private oasis awaits guests just outside and down the stone steps, with numerous spots available to kick back and relax, whether it be lazing in the pool or basking on the sun loungers sitting on the stone terrace that frames it; a thatched pavilion contains comfortable seating and ample shade, to take a break from the sun’s rays. A hot tub sits adjacent to the pool, making it the perfect spot to wind down at the end of the day with a sublime sunset view.

Cavernous ceilings of wooden beams and paneling span across the well-appointed great room, with large gable windows adding to the sense of scale; kitchen, dining area, and lounge all fit comfortably in this large and spacious area. Tall glass doors allow the interior space to expand out onto the upper terrace for a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, and a fabulous view can be seen from any part of the room. Contemporary and chic, hints of the outer landscape can be found in the interior furnishings and upholstery. Cushy chairs and a large settee surround a large coffee table with a sleek finish, an ideal gathering place for evening entertainment and casual conversation.

A fully equipped kitchen, filled with modern appliances and sleek cabinetry, is suitable for gourmet cuisine, ready and waiting to produce culinary delights made from the finest of local produce, and with the services of a professional chef, prepare to have your taste palette elevated to new heights with mouth-watering meals. A number of seating options are available at meal times; the stone-top breakfast bar, polished enough to cast a reflection, hosts six seats around it, but with access to the upper terrace just a few steps away, al fresco dining is forever a tempting option, with a dining table seated for eight. For more casual evenings on the terrace, a large barbeque and outdoor preparation area are waiting to oblige.

The design of the villa ensures that each of the three bedrooms has direct access to the upper terrace and a private seating area that boasts unparalleled views.
