Welcome to the exquisite Xela, a luxurious, contemporary Caribbean beachfront property. With almost 4,000 square feet of space, this four-bedroomed self-contained villa is a masterclass in stylish refinement within the renowned Oil Nut Bay resort in the British Virgin Islands.

Up to 8 lucky guests can slip off their shoes and embrace a vacation that’s all about rejuvenation, relaxation, and re-invigoration. The open and airy Xela is cleverly designed to maximize its phenomenal location on the edge of a perfect white sandy beach. Large glass walls/windows slide back to allow the gentle warm breezes to flow through the property.

The beautifully furnished, open-plan living room looks out on your private wrap-around, pool and terrace. With mature palm trees dotted here and there, you can sink into a reverie looking out across a quintessential Caribbean horizon of white sands and turquoise seas.

Xela is located on Virgin Gorda, that along with its surrounding islands, is home to some of the best sailing in the world. Watch for the pristine white sails that will lazily sweep across your vista as you revel in the paradise of Oil Nut Bay.

The four bedrooms distributed over three levels are spacious and all ensuite. The Primary Bedroom is upstairs and has an indoor and outdoor shower as well as a bathtub. There’s a unique pull-out coffee bar in the primary bathroom. In addition, there’s a beautifully furnished terrace with lovely sea views.

Guest Room 1 is on the middle floor. Another beautiful, spacious bedroom that has a fabulous ensuite and furnished outdoor space. Guest Rooms 2 and 3 are on the lower level. Both attractive rooms are en-suite with attractive furnished outdoor spaces with divine outdoor showers.

There’s a media room with sumptuous seating, the perfect place to chill with a good movie.

The outside terrace has two swimming pools and a wet bar. For delicious home cooking, the kitchen was designed and installed by Ornare and featured Thermador and Sub-Zero appliances. For outdoor cooking, there’s a barbecue grill. With access to an outside shower powder room, the terrace has fabulous spaces for relaxation, dining, sitting in the sun or shade, or enjoying the peaceful Caribbean evening by your firepit.

Art lovers or guests who are fans of eclectic design will be thrilled to see original and custom-created artworks throughout Xela. A large mural painted on-site by John Paul Phillippe sits alongside the dazzling neon multimedia installation - Birds of Paradise – currently on loan from the Museum of Modern Art in Denmark. The furnishings are all high-quality and understated, creating a bespoke, luxurious, yet comfortable Caribbean getaway.

To explore the amenities and activities of the Oil Nut Bay resort, guests exclusively use two golf carts.

Note: Oil Nut Bay requires a 7-night minimum stay in this luxury family beach rental in the British Virgin Islands over the festive period, taking in either December 25th, Christmas Day, or December 31st, New Year's Eve.
