Welcome to Montastraea Estate Villa, a stately oceanfront 4-bedroom villa that faces north to the deep blue of the Atlantic.

Named after the great star coral that can scale up to monumental sizes, which is also indigenous to the region, the villa spans approximately 6,200 sq. ft. of space, utilizing local materials and low-impact design techniques to remain in harmony with the beautiful countryside surrounding it. Swaying palms and lush tropical greenery surround the villa, but give way to an unobstructed, magnificent ocean vista that greets guests from almost every room within. The design of the villa ensures that, even on both levels, it enjoys spectacular scenery and breathtaking views of the bay and the islands in the distance.

Blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly can be a challenge for architects, but Montastraea accomplishes it effortlessly; the lower terrace affords guests ample space to relax and recline. The terrace frames a large infinity-edge swimming pool that overlooks the bay and is privy to spectacular sunset views. It incorporates a waterfall grotto into its design and features a heating option that warms the waters for late-night swims under the stars. Several sun loungers are positioned adjacent to the pool, ideal for basking in the Caribbean sun's rays.

Contemporary, modern living spaces with a colour palette that borrows touches of inspiration from the outdoors make for bright, airy rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Retractable glass walls expand the space further onto the terrace, allowing the refreshing ocean breeze to waft indoors and throughout the villa. The great room is situated at the center of the villa, containing a spacious lounge, filled with an abundance of plush couches to sprawl across. It also features a large and well-equipped kitchen area, modern appliances, and sleek cabinetry, highlighted by an enormous bay window that fills every corner with light. A breakfast bar takes full advantage of the dramatic scenery, offering seating for four that faces out to the horizon. Adjacent to the kitchen, an outdoor dining table awaits a maximum of 10 guests for the ever-tempting option of al fresco dining, set against the ambiance of waves cascading against the shore.

Four bedrooms are located within this property, each equipped with a private veranda and retractable screens for the comfort of the guests, as well as an en-suite bathroom. Outdoor showers are also available in each room, providing a suitable and refreshing remedy to the warm tropical climate that the island enjoys. All four rooms feature king-size beds, with luxurious linens to sink into at the end of each day. Two guest bedrooms are positioned on the hillside overlooking the great room roof, whereas the remaining two rooms, the master bedroom and guest, are positioned to the west and east wings of the house respectively.
