The villas sit side-by-side on the beach at KM9, right in the heart of Tulum, while sharing access to a communal guest-only pool, perfect for a refreshing dip beneath the palms.

The property is proudly off-grid, operating independently of municipal services, with reliable electricity and essential amenities provided. Though some aspects may feel different from city living, this slower, more intentional lifestyle is a signature part of Tulum’s charm. Each villa comes fully furnished and includes a well-equipped kitchen, soft bed linens, plush towels, and beach towels for your convenience. Daily housekeeping (excluding Sundays), gardening service, and an attentive on-site manager are all included to make your stay seamless. Our warm, welcoming staff are always nearby to greet you and assist with anything you may need, and we’re happy to arrange additional services such as private chefs or in-villa massages upon request.
