Staff includes housekeepers, a private chef, and a waiter. The minimum stays required are three nights during low and high seasons, five nights during Easter Week and Thanksgiving, and seven nights during Christmas and New Year. The villa is conveniently located 0.6 miles from Minitas Beach, 2.8 miles from The Marina, 1.8 miles from Teeth of the Dog, The Links, and the spa, 1.8 miles from the Equestrian Center, 1.5 miles from Altos de Chavón and Dye Fore, 1.9 miles from the Racquet Center, and 3.4 miles from the Shooting Center.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Prices vary throughout the year, so please inquire about exact pricing based on your desired travel dates. Nightly rates do not include the 18% service fee or the Casa de Campo resort fee. The security deposit is equivalent to one night’s stay, and rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom.

All villa guests must register to access the resort’s exclusive amenities. The resort fee is $25 per day for adults (12+), $12 per day for children aged 4-12, and free for children under four. The resort fee includes access to world-class golf courses with special rates, use of the Fitness Center at a discounted rate, complimentary towels, and chaise lounges at the main hotel pool and Minitas Beach, exclusive discounts on dining, sports facilities, and activities, and access to healthcare services at Central Romana Medical Center.
