Welcome to Villa Alexa, a luxury 9-bedroom villa with incredible views. Villa Alexa is located on the hillside of upper Conchas Chinas, just 5 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta in Mexico. Fully renovated in 2018, Villa Alexa is finished in a traditional Mexican style with a modern twist and provides guests with spacious bedrooms and a large array of indoor and outdoor living spaces with spectacular ocean views.

The heated infinity pool offers the best seat in the house as far as views go, as it is situated on the edge of the pool terrace, with nothing interrupting the views of the sea and the villas and gardens below. A special place to relax body and mind. The ample terraces offer all kinds of seating arrangements and alfresco dining areas. Perfect places for a good chat with friends while enjoying a refreshing cocktail, enjoy an informal lunch or dinner with the family, or just kick back and relax with a good book in your hands. Your favorite music may accompany each one of these moments as the pool deck is equipped with Sonos sound system.

This terraced house offers nine beautifully appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The decor is Mexican but with some modern hints and calming colors. All of them are air-conditioned, and WiFi can be had throughout the house. A more detailed description of each follows:

• For the safety and security of the villa, guests, and staff, no outside guests are permitted in the villa at any time.
• All of our villas are regularly fumigated. However, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
