The Nicest Villa in Grand Cayman
Wow wow wow. I was so impressed when I viewed Point of View. The pictures really don't do this villa justice. It is by far one of the nicest homes on the island. I adored the large kitchen and open planing dining area. Outside has to be seen to be believed with multiple spaces to relax, dine and swim outside. The pool is unusually designed but offers different sections for guests to enjoy. There is a fire pit as well as outdoor swim up table ideal for lunch literally in the pool. The villa has its own dock and lovely beach in front - note there is some turtle grass in the water but there are plenty areas that are swimmable. I love the fact that this villa is ideal for a family and is all on one level.

An open-air kitchen & dining area overlooks your private mooring with a thatched cabana, ensuring exquisite comforts at your private Cayman retreat. The relaxing Infinity Pool couldn’t possibly be any better, with sun shelves and fire features encouraging you to lounge poolside from sun-up to sun-down.
Point of View has six bedrooms which makes it a perfect property for groups of family or friends. The stunning oceanfront Master Bedroom comes complete with a morning kitchen, whilst a second Master Bedroom, equipped with an exquisite marble and crystal bath, offers wonderful ocean and pool views. The 6-person bunk room is the ideal fun room for children, while other adults can enjoy three more exquisite en-suite bedrooms.
This stunning property has many unique features, including the longest infinity pool on the island of Grand Cayman. All the family will enjoy the stunning ocean views, two poolside fire features, two hot tubs, and a three feet deep pool for little ones.
The villa is very tastefully furnished and decorated in contemporary style with plush modern fixtures & fittings. Bright, crisp rooms abound throughout the property. Dining at Point of View is possible indoors or Al Fresco, with ample seating and space for up to 16 people.

Seven Mile Beach is located just a 10-minute drive from the villa with a pristine shoreline best sampled relaxing in a private cabana with chairside service.

With the airport just 10 minutes away from Point of View, you can be on your flight with your toes in the sand in no time at all.
The villa has taken measures to have a sustainable and Eco-friendly approach. The property contains recycling bins and is also outfitted with solar panels for its energy source. By supplying renewable energy sources this villa is a great way to enjoy a vacation and keep your carbon footprint to a minimum.

Beach Details
Point of View is facing south, directly perched on the ocean. Walking on the vast sandy beach requires no footwear. Beach shoes may be preferred to traverse the soft turtle grass on the shoreline to reach the soft sands 100 yards, guests need to be mindful that this is a marine area with a coral reef and wading in the water will require hard-soled pool shoes or fins. Alternatively, the dock ladder at the Cabana allows easy access to the water.

• Housekeeping 7-night stays will also receive M/W/F weekday light housekeeping visits to be scheduled with the property manager upon arrival. Cleaning teams will be on-site for 3-hours tidying up the villa. Shorter stays can purchase housekeeping blocks in 3-hour increments.

Incredible Oceanfront Property
Point of View is amazing. There are many things to love about this property. For me, I really enjoyed the huge kitchen area, the private beach and private dock with cabana and swim ladder which will lead you to a fabulous snorkelling site. There's also a fantastic outside kitchen for al fresco dining and fire features which are spectacular at night time. There's a wonderful games room with a bar area indoors to keep everybody happy.
