Halcyon Point is a beautiful villa that sits along the oceanfront in North Side, offering over 200 feet of private beachfront and uninterrupted Caribbean views from every room. Blending contemporary architecture with the island’s natural charm, the villa is designed to deliver a serene and stylish retreat for families or groups in search of peace and seclusion.

Inside, the open-plan layout is bright and airy, thanks to expansive windows and sliding glass doors on both sides of the home that bring in sea breezes and endless light. In cooler months, 16 feet of sliding glass on both the landside and oceanside can be opened to invite a refreshing cross-breeze. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is ideal for a private chef or casual family meals, while an outdoor built-in propane grill by the pool offers the perfect setup for al fresco dining.

Outdoors, the villa features a large pool, a built-in spa with optional heating for a daily fee, and a half-bath for convenience. Surrounded by tropical landscaping, the spacious veranda is furnished with loungers, dining areas, and cozy seating—ideal for relaxing after a swim or enjoying the sunset with a cool drink in hand.

Each of the five bedroom suites offers ocean views and en-suite bathrooms, with four of them opening directly to the beach or a shared balcony that connects to the pool deck below. The layout has been carefully crafted to ensure every guest has their own private space while still enjoying easy access to the villa’s outdoor comforts and beachfront setting.

Bedroom 3: lower level, two XL twin beds, ocean view, television, en suite with shower; twin beds can be fitted into a king as pictured upon request.
Bedroom 4: third primary bedroom, upper level, king bed, ocean views, television, walk-out access to a shared ocean balcony and tanning terrace, en suite with dual vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower.
Bedroom 5: fourth primary bedroom, upper level, king bed, ocean views, television, walk-out access to a shared ocean balcony and tanning terrace, en suite with dual vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower.

VILLA CLEANING*:
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated before arrival or with your property manager upon arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
*A Cleaning Fee is included due to enhanced cleaning, sanitation, and inspection protocols.
