Welcome to Coco, our luxury 4-bedroom townhouse located in Mullins Bay in Barbados. This location is superb, being a 3-minute walk from Mullins Beach, one of the most excellent beaches in Barbados. The beach here is calm and perfect for swimming. There is also a fantastic selection of water sports onsite, and there is a local beach bar and restaurant called Mullins Beach Bar.

The townhouse is set in a landscaped tropical garden and has 1,254 sq ft of living space. Coco is elegantly furnished and makes for an ideal home for a family vacation to Barbados. Coco is beautifully decorated by the award-winning Jenny Blanc Interiors, London. The house has an airy tropical feel and offers charm and sophistication. This townhouse is furnished to the highest standard and comes with air conditioning, marble floors and a fully-equipped Miele kitchen with granite countertops.

The large outdoor terrace features a dining and seating area ideal for entertaining with family and friends. The spacious deck and nearby trees provide plenty of shade. The garden leads out to a large communal free form swimming pool with cascading waterfall, perfect for taking a dip in the afternoon.

A short stroll takes you down to the Royal Westmoreland beach club and restaurant, which is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Here you will be provided with complimentary towels, luxury sun-loungers and umbrellas, as well as waiter service. Watersports are also available on request. Another bonus is that membership of Sugar Hill is also included with Coco Villa. A 10-minute drive takes you to this beautiful development with fantastic views overlooking the Caribbean. In addition, you will have access to complimentary tennis and the use of an infinity pool.

Coco features 3 luxury bedrooms and four bathrooms. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with ensuite bathrooms, built in wardrobes and safes. Each bedroom has a king size bed that can be separated into twins for groups traveling with children.

The garden leads to a large communal, free form swimming pool with cascading waterfall. A short stroll takes you to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club and Restaurant; yours to enjoy throughout your stay. You will be provided with complimentary towels, luxury sun-loungers and umbrellas as well as waiter service. Water sports are also available for a fee.

Coco is ideally located just minutes from Speightstown where you can enjoy lunch at Orange Street Grocers or another of the restaurants in the area or take in some of Barbados’ rich history at the Arlington House Museum. Our Concierge can also book a round of golf at Royal Westmoreland or Sandy Lane for you.
