Casa Tres Soles is a secluded luxury villa in Punta de Mita, Mexico, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding landscape. The estate combines traditional Mexican character with contemporary touches, creating a warm and distinctive atmosphere throughout.

Spanning nine bedrooms and 18,000 square feet, the residence was designed by acclaimed architects Juan Collignon Hoff and Manolo Mestre. Their artistry is reflected in every detail, from the vibrant textiles and ethnic accents to the extensive use of Huanacaxtle wood in both large furnishings and intricate finishes. Expansive windows and sliding glass doors bring in natural light and connect the interiors to beautifully maintained gardens and the tropical setting beyond.

The open floor plan encourages a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. A vast 20,000-square-foot garden surrounds the home, with the pool area providing a playful centerpiece. Guests can gather beneath the villa’s open-air palapa, where expansive lounging and dining spaces offer a perfect place to enjoy the Bay of Banderas’ cooling breezes. Private terraces, shaded courtyards, and inviting common areas create countless opportunities for relaxation, whether over casual bites of ceviche, tortillas, and tropical fruit or while sipping cocktails under the soft light of sunset.
