The property is maintained by Tommy, a very friendly face who makes you smile! Carline is the housekeeper who is also very kind, making sure your villa is perfect for your stay.

Casa de la Playa is a stunning five-bedroom estate set directly on Baie Longue Beach, one of the most exclusive and tranquil stretches of sand in St. Martin. Surrounded by 3.4 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, this beachfront property offers total privacy, expansive views of the Caribbean Sea, and a seamless blend of laid-back island living and refined elegance.
The heart of the villa is its vast outdoor terrace, where a sweeping infinity-edge pool looks out over the ocean. Sunbeds and shaded lounges invite you to unwind in comfort, while a rooftop patio provides a serene spot to take in the stars or sip cocktails at sunset. A private open-air movie theater adds a unique and luxurious touch, perfect for evenings under the sky.
Inside, the interiors are warm and inviting, with soft stone floors, wood-beamed ceilings, and tasteful decor that blends Caribbean charm with classic sophistication. The spacious living area flows naturally into the outdoor spaces, while features like a grand piano and pool table offer added comfort and entertainment. Each of the five bedrooms is designed for total comfort, with private ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the terrace. Four of the rooms feature king-sized beds, while the master suite offers a larger layout and extra privacy, making it an ideal retreat within the home.
Casa de la Playa comes fully staffed, with a private chef, housekeeper, and grounds team to ensure every detail is taken care of. Chef service is included during the High and Festive seasons for three meals a day, with groceries billed separately, while chef service in the low season can be arranged on request.
