• The area where this villa is located is relatively new, therefore it’s in constant development and construction may start from one day to another without prior notice beside or near the villa. The villa has no control over such construction. The villa will not issue any compensation due to the construction nearby.
• Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10 pm (no loud music allowed)

• Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
