Beaches Edge East

Welcome to Beaches Edge East, a stunning 5 bedroom sitting on the southern coast of Anguilla. This villa offers our guests a stunning beachfront location with wonderful sea views. The villa provides modern architecture and amenities complete with a gourmet kitchen furnished with all amenities and ready for use.

The villa comes with a large living room, state of the art kitchen, pool, deck and every amenity you could wish for.

Also on the main level is a media room which was converted to the 5th Bedroom so it would be a lot smaller than the other 4 bedrooms. The main level has a large open living and dining area with ceilings that soar two stories. The flooring is travertine stone throughout the villa. The living room has one wall of glass windows so the outstanding view of the ocean and St. Maarten is always there for your enjoyment.

Blowing Point is a lovely beach that provides some shade under the sea grape trees and you can stroll over to the ferry terminal bar or to Big Jim's Snack Bar.

Blowing Point is where the Ferry to St. Martin is located. The beach at blowing point is to the east of the ferry is a working harbour. You will see numerous small ferry boats and fishing boats anchored in the bay, plus fishermen and a 200 yard stretch of sand.

Upstairs are four of the five-bedroom suites with ensuite baths. The East Main Master has a king bed and walk-out French balcony through the door on the left. The ensuite bath has a tub, shower and double vanity. Also upstairs is the Second Master Bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath with tub, shower and double vanity.

The upstairs Yellow Queen Suite has a queen bed and ensuite bath with shower and double vanity. The upstairs Blue Queen Suite also has a queen bed and ensuite bath with shower and double vanity.

On the main floor is the Garden King Suite with a king bed and ensuite bath with shower. No stairs.
