North Shore Villa 1 is located on an exclusive 10-acre oceanfront area with magnificent views and in the path of the islands’ soothing prevailing breezes. This beautiful villa is set amidst lush tropical plant life in a picture-perfect setting offering much privacy.

The Villa has an open-plan design decorated in bright and neutral colors, with the indoor and outdoor areas blending perfectly. The villa has large floor-to-ceiling glass doors, numerous terraces, a private infinity pool, a private beach deck, and outdoor showers.

Each of the five en suite bedrooms features televisions, ceiling fans, and incredible sea views. Two Master Suites have a king-size bed, dual vanity units, outdoor showers, baths, and private balconies. Two further bedrooms have king-size beds, and the fifth has a king bed, which can be made into two twins if required.

The pool area features an alfresco dining area for up to 10 guests, a barbeque, a fire pit, a summer kitchen, an outdoor shower, and many sun loungers.

The state-of-the-art kitchen looks out onto the ocean and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for meal prep. Guests staying at this exquisite property have the option to hire a private chef for some or all meals and a butler for meal service. Your chef will cater to every taste, and you can even request a chef who is specific to a certain type of cooking, whether it be Caribbean, Asian, or International.

Providenciales, more commonly known as “Provo,” is the most developed island in Turks & Caicos, covering an area of 38 miles. This reef is a superb snorkeling area with an abundance of colorful fish and coral, just a short swim from the shore. The Princess Alexandra National Park marine sanctuary is home to many turtles, pelicans, and coral heads.

Provo enjoys consistent east-southeast trade winds, making it a perfect location for kite surfing. The same weather conditions also lend to great paddleboarding. Other popular watersports in Provo include jet-skiing, kayaking, surfing, and parasailing. There are also some excellent dive sites dotted around the coast.
