Alta Bella is perched along the tranquil water’s edge in Chalk Sound, in Turks and Caicos. This location is the perfect place to indulge in the serene landscape and peaceful ambiance this area is embedded in. The villa spans over 3800 sq. ft of interior space, and the outdoor covers a total of 1200 sq. ft, making your villa very spacious and giving you the space to unwind. The Providenciales International Airport is a short 20-minute drive from your doorstep (11.5km)
Situated in Chalk Sound, this villa's location will provide an exceptional Caribbean vacation. It is perched in the ideal location, resting near famous beaches, such as Long Bay, Grace Bay, and Taylor Bay. The sugar-fine sandy shores and well-preserved waters and reefs provide an experience like no other. This area features the best snorkeling in the country, as it is on the doorstep of Smiths Reef. Dive in to experience an endless color pallet of tropical fish.
Sea life includes both larger creatures and smaller ones also. The larger creatures include green turtles, hawksbill turtles, southern brown stingrays, and majestic spotted eagle rays. There are so many colorful, small, and unique fish to see at Smith's Reef, including stoplight parrotfish, queen angelfish, French angelfish, butterfly fish, porcupinefish, trumpetfish, yellowtail snapper, squirrelfish, damselfish, rock hinds, French grunts, filefish, bluehead wrasse, indigo hamlets, horse-eye jacks, barracudas, and many more.
Providenciales Turks and Caicos offers various choices to suit your individual needs. Many restaurants are beachfront fine dining restaurants that are minutes away. The Villa is situated in one of the safest parts of Providenciales, as it has one of the lowest crime rates. The unique character of this location offers a great climate due to warm trade winds. Alta Bella is in a great location...Chalk Sound away from the Beach resorts and on a Private reserve of endless water and no people. Literally we saw a few paddle boats, some kayak's but total privacy. The home is well appointed...kitchen is great. Infinity Pool and Hot tub are awesome compliment one another well. Rent a Jeep...many potholes into Leaward Highway...definitely recommend the property.
What an amazing spot!
What an amazing spot! Four families traveled from multiple cities in the US last March 2020 and this house was a perfect accommodation for us. comfortable furniture and beds, spacious living areas, well stocked and arranged kitchen, good linens/towels. Enough parking for all four rental cars and close to sapodilla beach with some great local restaurants, and an easy drive to anywhere else on the island. The check in process was easy and we had constant access to the property managers for questions (like, best restaurants to go to!). We've rented before in TCI and this has been the best
