Description
Welcome to Sunset Reach, a charming 3-bedroom oceanfront villa on the white sands of Mullins Bay.
Mullins beach stretches all the down to Gibbs bay and is one of the livelier beaches on the west coast. Whether it's sunbathing under the Caribbean sun, swimming in the pristine turquoise waters, trying out one of the many water sports, or just cooling off in their famous Beach Bar, the choice is yours.
If you fancy a Spa treatment, the "Indulgence" Spa is located across the road. Treat yourself and relax your mind, body, and spirit. Royal Westmoreland Golf Course is a 10-minute drive from the villa.
Speightstown is located within a short walking distance of the villa. This once bustling port is now a more laid-back shopping town, especially for people looking for beautiful local art. All the amenities are here, such as banks, grocery stores, bars, and restaurants.
Sunset Reach has an open living area that guides you out onto a spacious balcony, where guests can dine alfresco while enjoying breathtaking views of the shimmering sea below. There is also a spacious sundeck equipped with lounge chairs, ideal for those who wish to lie back and bask in the Caribbean sun. If you fancy a swim in the aquamarine waters of Mullins, on your way back, there is an outdoor shower unit provided.
The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and comfortably sleeps four people. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom boasts a double bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
Our wonderful housekeeper will prepare you two consecutive meals per day. You have a choice of breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner.

Sunset Reach really is a cute beach house. It is overlooking Mullins beach and does offer memorable sunsets..
Your lovely housekeeper and cook will spoil you with delicious dinners with views..
Good to know: Sunset Reach and Easy Reach are right next door and can be combined for a large group, you will then get 6 bedrooms in total.
